Korean Fried Chicken
  • 1 kg Chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch For extra crunch.
  • 1/4 cup Gochujang Korean chili paste.
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
Honey Butter Fried Chicken
  • 1 kg Chicken pieces
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted.

Method
 

Classic Fried Chicken
  1. Soak the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Coat the soaked chicken in seasoned flour.
  3. Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
Spicy Fried Chicken
  1. Marinate chicken in spicy buttermilk for 1 hour.
  2. Coat in seasoned flour.
  3. Fry until crispy and cooked through.
Chicken Tenders
  1. Dip chicken tenders in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  2. Fry until golden brown and cooked through.
