Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In one bowl, season flour with garlic salt, paprika, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Coating and Frying
  1. Dredge each chicken piece in the seasoned flour, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat with flour again.
  2. Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil and cook for 22 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels before serving.

For serving, pair fried chicken with sides like mashed potatoes, coleslaw, or cornbread. Experiment with spices for personalized flavor. Store leftover fried chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
