Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
For the topping
  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced Make sure to use ripe peaches for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the filling.
  5. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the peaches.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Best cut into wedges for easy serving. You can add a dollop of whipped cream on top or pair with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Avoid freezing.
