- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Arrange the sliced peaches on top of the filling.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the peaches.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled. Best cut into wedges for easy serving. You can add a dollop of whipped cream on top or pair with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Avoid freezing.
