Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced Wash and slice the strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries Wash before use
  • 1 cup banana, sliced Slice before adding to the bowl
Yogurt Mixture
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain or flavored Choose your favorite yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 dash cinnamon Optional; for added flavor
Garnish
  • Mint leaves For garnish, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by preparing your fruit. Wash the strawberries and blueberries, and slice the strawberries and banana.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and banana.
Yogurt Mixture
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup and a dash of cinnamon if you like.
Combine and Serve
  1. Gently pour the yogurt mixture over the fruit and toss until everything is coated.
  2. Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for a short time if you prefer it cold.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The fruit will stay fresh for about 1-2 days, but strawberries and bananas may start to brown after a while. Add granola for crunch or swap fruits based on availability.
