Preparation
  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

Cooking
  1. Grill or pan-fry the patties to your desired doneness.

Notes

If you have leftover burgers, let them cool down and place them in an airtight container. Store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the microwave or on a skillet until heated through.
