Preparation
- Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large bowl using a microwave or a double boiler.
- If using a microwave, melt in short bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Rice Krispies and mini marshmallows to keep the marshmallows whole.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 9x9 inch pan and press it down evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to let it set.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Serve at room temperature. Pairs well with coffee or milk. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week.
