Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the uncooked rice evenly.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the rice.
  4. Pour the cream of chicken soup over the chicken and rice, spreading it evenly.
  5. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.

Notes

For added flavor, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, or your favorite spices before placing them in the baking dish. You can mix in some vegetables like peas or carrots with the rice for extra nutrition. Try using different kinds of soup, like cream of mushroom, for a unique twist on the flavor.
