Notes

To enhance the flavor, let the dip sit for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can adjust the garlic amount based on your taste preference. For a thicker dip, use a strainer to drain any extra liquid from the diced cucumber before adding it to the mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. The dip can also be made a day in advance.
