Ingredients

For the Crunch Base
  • 2 bags Cheetos Flamin’ Hot Crunchy 81⁄2 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
For the Chicken Alfredo Filling
  • 1 package Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips About 22 ounces
  • 1 jar RAGÚ Classic Alfredo Sauce 16 ounces
  • 2 cups Kraft Natural Cheese Mozzarella, shredded Divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika Optional
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley Optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk To thin the sauce, if needed
  • Extra crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos For topping

Method

Preparation
  1. Crush the Cheetos. Reserve about 2 cups of whole Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. Place the remaining Cheetos in a large resealable bag and lightly crush them into coarse crumbs.
  2. Prepare the chicken. Cut the Tyson chicken breast strips into smaller bite-size pieces.
Cooking
  1. Heat the butter or olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  2. Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly browned.
  3. Pour the RAGÚ Alfredo sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat while stirring frequently.
  4. Add 1 cup of Kraft mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese to the Alfredo sauce. Stir until melted.
  5. Pour about two-thirds of the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and toss gently.
Assembly
  1. Add a layer of whole or crushed Cheetos to each serving cup.
  2. Spoon the chicken Alfredo over, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
  3. Top each cup with more chicken, extra sauce, crushed Cheetos, and remaining cheddar.
  4. Finish with chopped green onions, parsley, and extra Cheetos crumbs. Serve immediately.

Notes

These cups are best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, warm them in the microwave or the oven until heated through. Cheetos may lose their crunch when stored.
