Garlic Butter Fish + Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes until tender. Mash them with milk, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Cook the fish fillets for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden.

Crispy Fried Fish + Fries
- Cut potatoes into fries and fry them until golden brown.
- In a bowl, coat the fish fillets first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the coated fish until crispy and golden.
- Serve crunchy fish with fries.
Lemon Fish + Rice
- Cook rice in water with a pinch of salt.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the fish in a pan for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- Serve the fish with fluffy rice.
Spicy Fish + Roasted Vegetables
- Toss mixed vegetables with oil and salt. Roast them at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes.
- Season the fish with paprika, chili powder, salt, and a bit of oil.
- Cook the fish in a pan for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Serve spicy fish with roasted vegetables.
