- Coat the fish fillets evenly and let them marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Soy Ginger Marinade
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.
- Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade.
- Let this sit for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook the fish for 3–4 minutes on each side, being careful not to overcook.
Notes
If you have leftover marinated fish, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days in an airtight container. Marinades can last in the fridge for about a week. Adjust spices based on heat preference, and avoid over-marinating to prevent mushiness.
