  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped) Use fresh parsley for optimal flavor.
Spicy Marinade Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Herb Butter Marinade Ingredients
  • 40 g butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp oregano
Soy Ginger Marinade Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Method
 

Garlic Lemon Marinade
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the fish fillets with this marinade and let them marinate for 20–30 minutes.
Spicy Paprika Marinade
  1. Combine olive oil with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Rub this marinade over the fish fillets and let them sit for 20–30 minutes.
Herb Butter Marinade
  1. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped herbs.
  2. Coat the fish fillets evenly and let them marinate for 15–20 minutes.
Soy Ginger Marinade
  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  2. Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade.
  3. Let this sit for 20–30 minutes.
  4. Cook the fish for 3–4 minutes on each side, being careful not to overcook.

Notes

If you have leftover marinated fish, it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days in an airtight container. Marinades can last in the fridge for about a week. Adjust spices based on heat preference, and avoid over-marinating to prevent mushiness.
