Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded chicken, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, paprika, and black pepper.
Assembly and Baking
- In a baking dish, layer two tortillas, then spread a portion of the chicken mixture over them.
- Repeat layering with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture. Finish with a layer of cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm with a fresh green salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
