Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning Plus extra for topping.
  • 1–2 tsp black pepper
Croissant Dough
  • 2 rolls crescent dough
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the shredded chicken with softened cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Add the shredded cheese, everything bagel seasoning, and black pepper. Mix until the texture becomes creamy and well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wider end of each triangle.
  5. Carefully roll each piece into a croissant shape, making sure the filling is tucked inside.
  6. Place them on a lined baking tray.
Baking
  1. Brush each croissant with melted butter and sprinkle extra everything bagel seasoning on top for added flavor and crunch.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.

Notes

Tips: Don’t overfill the dough to avoid leaks, bake until deeply golden for the best texture, and serve warm for maximum cheesiness. Variations: Add crispy bacon, spinach, or garlic powder for extra depth. For a spicy twist, add chili flakes or hot sauce to the filling.
