- In a small pot, add water, turmeric, lemon juice, and black pepper. Whisk these ingredients together.

- Pour the tea into a mug through a strainer to remove the black pepper. Enjoy it warm!
Storage Tips
- Let the tea cool before putting it in the fridge in a sealed jar. It lasts for 4 to 5 days.
- Reheat it before drinking, either on the stovetop or in the microwave.
Notes
Make sure to whisk the ingredients well to combine them properly. Use freshly ground black pepper for enhanced curcumin absorption. Customize by adding ginger or cinnamon for extra flavor, or use maple syrup for a vegan option.
