- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the maple bourbon chicken strips until hot and slightly caramelized. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook couscous or quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool slightly.
- Add a layer of grains to each meal prep container. Top with kale salad mix, avocado, and salad kit toppings. Add chopped maple bourbon chicken.
- Keep dressing in a small container and add it right before eating for maximum crunch.
