  • 1 package Tyson Maple Bourbon Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 kit Kale & Avocado Salad Kit (with toppings & dressing)
  • 2 cups Cooked grain of choice (couscous, quinoa, or brown rice) Adjust according to the number of servings.
  • 1 optional extra avocado
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes Optional for garnish.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the maple bourbon chicken strips until hot and slightly caramelized. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cook couscous or quinoa according to package instructions. Let cool slightly.
  3. Add a layer of grains to each meal prep container. Top with kale salad mix, avocado, and salad kit toppings. Add chopped maple bourbon chicken.
  4. Keep dressing in a small container and add it right before eating for maximum crunch.

Notes

Store any leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If dressing is prepared separately, keep it in a small container to maintain freshness. You can serve these bowls warm or cold.
