- Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a hot pan.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage links and sliced onions. Cook until golden.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the diced potatoes and green beans to the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Finish with a knob of butter for added flavor before serving.
Notes
Make sure to cut the potatoes and green beans into similar sizes for even cooking. Optionally, add other vegetables such as bell peppers or carrots for extra flavor and color. For a spicier kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes while cooking.
