Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  4. Once baked, let the cake cool for about 10 minutes.
  5. Use the back of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  6. In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with food coloring until colorful.
  7. Pour this mixture evenly over the cake, ensuring it sinks into the holes.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
  9. Before serving, spread the whipped topping over the cake and decorate with festive sprinkles.
