Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the walnuts, white chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve the pie warm or at room temperature. It can be enjoyed on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Drizzling with chocolate sauce or caramel can also elevate the flavor.
