  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
Smoky BBQ Chicken Marinade
  • 1/2 cup Barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • to taste Black pepper
Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Chicken Fajita Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Cilantro Lemon Chicken Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice and zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Garlic Lemon Chicken Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice and zest
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat evenly.
  3. Transfer to a zip-lock bag.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or freeze for later.
Cooking
  1. Cook the marinated chicken using your preferred method:
  2. Pan: Medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Oven: 200°C (400°F) for 25–30 minutes.
  4. Grill: Until nicely charred and cooked through.

Notes

For best results, marinate longer for deeper flavor. Use fresh ingredients when possible. Label freezer bags for easy organization and do not overcrowd the pan when cooking.
