  • 2 cups Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 medium Zucchini, sliced
Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced sausage and vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sausage is browned and vegetables are tender.

  1. Serve warm on its own or over rice, pasta, or greens. Optionally add fresh herbs or cheese.
