Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
Cooking
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These cookies are best served warm, enjoyed on their own or with a glass of milk. For added flavor, sprinkle sea salt on top. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
