  • 4 pieces Chicken pieces (breasts or thighs) Use either chicken breasts or thighs based on preference.
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts (chopped) Use roasted peanuts for extra crunch.
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Can substitute with fresh garlic if preferred.
  • 1 tsp Paprika For a smoky flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For tossing with chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken and toss to coat.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and sprinkle chopped peanuts on top before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool to room temperature. Place it in an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator for up to three days. If you want to keep it longer, you can freeze the chicken for up to two months. Ensure it is reheated well when ready to enjoy again. For added flavor, use different nuts or include vegetables in the air fryer.
