  • 1/4 cup water or milk (dairy or non-dairy) Reduce for a thicker smoothie or add ice cubes for a colder smoothie.
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness adjustment.

  1. Roughly chop the banana and orange quarters, then add them to a blender.
