Preparation
- Pour the Rice Chex cereal into a very large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together in 30-second increments until completely smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal and fold gently until all the cereal is coated.
- Transfer the coated cereal into a large paper bag or giant Ziploc bag. Add the powdered sugar, seal, and shake vigorously until well coated.
- Pour the muddy buddies onto a baking sheet to cool.
- Toss with the pastel M&M's and Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avoid refrigerating as it can lose crunchiness. You can also use festive containers for presentation.
