Taco Cups
  • 1 bag bag of Doritos Use your favorite type of Doritos.
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey You can also use chicken or pork.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Follow packet directions for best results.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Try different cheeses for a unique taste.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes Fresh or canned can be used.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions Optional, for garnish.
  • Lettuce for topping Use your preferred type of lettuce.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and follow packet directions.
  4. In a muffin tin, place Doritos in each section to form a cup.
  5. Fill each Dorito cup with the meat mixture and top with cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  2. Remove from the oven and add diced tomatoes, sour cream, green onions, and lettuce on top.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Let leftovers cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
