Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Dip the thinly smashed chicken breasts in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs mixed with dill seasoning.
- Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Chop the cooked chicken and mix with chopped dill pickles.
- Place the mixture on a tortilla wrap, roll tightly, and slice in half to serve.
Notes
You can serve the wraps warm or at room temperature. They pair well with your favorite dipping sauce like ranch or honey mustard. Add a side of fresh veggies or potato chips for a complete meal. For extra crunch, add some lettuce or shredded carrots inside the wrap. Feel free to add cheese for a creamier texture.
