Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Taco Assembly
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack) Can use any cheese for crispy lace.
  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • Chopped dill pickles for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the chicken mixture into small patties.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the chicken patties until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In another pan, heat a non-stick skillet and sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese to form crispy lace. Cook until golden and crispy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a pan.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the tacos by placing a chicken patty in each tortilla, topping with crispy cheese, and drizzling dill pickle ranch dressing.
  2. Garnish with chopped dill pickles. Serve immediately.

Notes

These tacos are best served hot and fresh. For extra flavor, consider serving with additional dill pickle ranch dressing on the side. Store leftover ingredients separately in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
