- Combine the coffee, sugar, and boiling water in a bowl. Stir to dissolve the sugar.
- Beat the mixture with a whisk or hand mixer until foamy and thick.
- Fill a glass three-quarters full with milk and ice.
- Spoon the whipped coffee on top and stir vigorously through the milk before enjoying.
Notes
Dalgona Coffee is best enjoyed fresh. It may lose its fluffy texture if stored. Use a hand mixer for faster results.
