Preparation
- Place half of the yogurt, honey, honeydew melon, cucumber, and mint (if using) in a blender.
- Cover the blender and process until well blended.
- Add 1 cup of ice and cover again. Process until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into three glasses.
- Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Notes
Serve in tall glasses, garnished with mint or melon pieces. Best enjoyed fresh.
