Preparation
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, then add taco seasoning.
- On a large flour tortilla, layer refried beans, the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in to create a hexagon shape.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with extra sour cream or salsa on the side.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Mix and match ingredients to create your own version of the Crunchwrap.
