Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 4 large Large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb Ground beef or turkey Substitute with shredded chicken or beans for variations.
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Can substitute with different cheeses.
  • 1 cup Lettuce Chopped.
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream For serving.
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, then add taco seasoning.
  2. On a large flour tortilla, layer refried beans, the cooked meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a dollop of sour cream.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla in to create a hexagon shape.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam side down.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with extra sour cream or salsa on the side.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Mix and match ingredients to create your own version of the Crunchwrap.
