  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 4 cups potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 cups sweet corn can be fresh or frozen
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey and melted butter; pour over chicken.
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges, season with ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper, and add to the crockpot.
  4. Add sweet corn on top.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Serving
  1. Serve the chicken on a plate with a side of the buttery ranch potatoes and sweet corn.
  2. Drizzle some of the sauce from the crockpot over the chicken for extra flavor.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the meal cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze it in a freezer-safe container for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until heated through.
