Preparation
- In a crockpot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning.
- Add the mixed veggies and Catalina dressing to the crockpot, mixing everything together.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 1-2 hours.
- Just before serving, crush the Doritos and stir them into the crockpot.
Serving
- Serve warm in bowls with extra crushed Doritos on top for added crunch.
- Pair with sour cream or guacamole on the side.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days for best freshness. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop until warmed through.
