- Add ground beef to the crockpot and sprinkle taco seasoning over it.
- Pour in salsa and dressing, then stir well to combine.
- Cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until the beef is fully cooked.
- If using, stir in corn or beans during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Spoon the mixture over a bed of lettuce.
- Top with cheese, tomatoes, and crushed Doritos.
- Serve warm with extra chips on top for a delightful crunch!
Notes
For a healthier option, lean ground turkey or chicken can replace ground beef. Customize toppings based on preference; add avocado or different cheese types. For extra heat, toss in jalapeños.
