  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 2.5 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 cups jasmine rice
Garlic Herb Chicken
  • 1.5 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 springs fresh thyme
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
Sweet and Sour Chicken
  • 2 lb chicken breast
  • 0.75 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1-2 tbsp green onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Spaghetti and Meat Sauce
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 0.5 cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lb standard spaghetti noodles
  • 48 oz tomato & basil marinara sauce
  • 15 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Lasagna
  • 1.5 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 24 oz roasted garlic herb spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2.5 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2.5 cups small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • Fresh minced parsley
Chili
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup sweet yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 16 oz dark red kidney beans
  • 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes
  • 10 oz diced tomatoes and fire-roasted hatch chilies
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp chipotle powder
  • 1.5 lb Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1.25 cups Colby and Monterey jack cheese

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. For each recipe, combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
  2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 5-6 hours.

Notes

Leftover crockpot dinners can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the meals in freezer-safe bags or containers for up to 3 months. Label and date your containers.
