  • 1 lb ground beef (browned)
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese Use freshly shredded for better texture
  • 12 oz egg noodles (cooked) Cooked separately to avoid becoming too soft

Preparation
  1. Add the cooked ground beef, taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth into the crockpot. Stir to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, allowing the flavors to blend together.
Adding Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cream cheese until it melts completely and creates a smooth, creamy texture.
  2. Add the cooked egg noodles and shredded Mexican cheese. Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is fully melted.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy the rich, creamy flavor.

Notes

Stir occasionally after adding cheese for even melting. Adjust seasoning to taste.
