  • 2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
  1. In a crockpot, combine the beef stew meat, diced onion, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, add egg noodles to the crockpot and stir.
  3. Cover and cook until the noodles are tender.
Serving
  1. Serve the dish warm in bowls. You can add a sprinkle of parsley on top for extra color.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until warm. You can also freeze leftovers for up to 3 months. Let it cool before packing it away. For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or herbs like thyme.
