Preparation
- Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour both cans of chicken broth and both cans of cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
- Place the stick of butter on top.
Cooking
- Set the crockpot to LOW and cook for 6 to 7 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and return it to the crockpot.
- Add the frozen egg noodles and stir, cooking for an additional 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
Serving
- Once the noodles are tender, serve the Crock Pot Chicken and Noodles in bowls and enjoy.
Notes
Don't skip the butter, stir the noodles regularly, always use low heat, season to taste, and consider adding a splash of heavy cream for extra creaminess.
