  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or pan to 350°F (175°C).
  2. If using, skewer the marshmallows on wooden sticks.
  3. In a bowl, prepare the batter by mixing the all-purpose flour with water until smooth.
Cooking
  1. Dip each marshmallow into the batter, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  2. Carefully place the battered marshmallows in the hot oil.
  3. Fry until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy the gooey delight.

Notes

Make sure to reheat leftovers briefly in the microwave for a few seconds. For added sweetness, sprinkle powdered sugar over the finished marshmallows. Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain oil temperature.
