Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's well-softened for a smooth mix.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Coating and Frying
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • vegetable oil for frying Enough oil to submerge the balls.
  • cotton candy for decoration Use any flavor you like.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  3. Once chilled, roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat.
Frying
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Fry the cheesecake balls until golden and crispy on all sides.
  3. Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  4. Top with cotton candy just before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a few drops of food coloring to the cream cheese mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to restore some crispiness.
