Ingredients
  

Spring Roll Filling
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage Squeeze out excess moisture
  • 1 cup grated carrots Squeeze out excess moisture
  • 2 pieces green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste spring roll wrappers
  • as needed oil for frying Maintain oil temperature between 350°F to 375°F

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cabbage, carrots, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and add a spoonful of the filling near one edge.
  3. Roll the wrapper tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, or peanut sauce.
  2. Garnish with fresh herbs or lime wedges for added flavor.

Notes

If storing leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness. Uncooked rolls can be frozen for about a month.
