Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cheese, cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares (about 3 inches by 3 inches).
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and press the edges to seal. Use a fork to crimp the edges.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over each bite for a golden finish.
Baking
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
