Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry or biscuit dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into rectangles large enough to wrap around each hotdog.
Assembling
- Place a hotdog on each piece of dough and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap the dough around the hotdog and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm with your favorite condiments.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
