Preparation

- Toss the shredded cabbage with olive oil and spread it evenly in the dish to roast and soften.
Filling Mix
- In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella until the mixture is well combined.
Assembly
- Spoon the chicken mixture over the cabbage, spreading it gently to cover most of the dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Baking
- Bake for 22 to 28 minutes until the dish is bubbling and golden on top.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving, then finish with chopped green onion.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding your favorite vegetables to the filling. You can use fresh cabbage instead of shredded and freeze this dish if needed.
