- Finely chop the broccoli into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the broccoli with shredded cheeses, Velveeta chunks, red pepper flakes, and some Panko breadcrumbs.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Coat each ball in flour, dip into beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Notes
Tips: Chop broccoli finely for better texture. Don’t overcrowd the pan when frying. Serve hot for best cheese melt.
