Ingredients
  

Gnocchi Preparation
  • 1 package Gnocchi Feel free to use fresh or frozen gnocchi.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For drizzling.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
Serving
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For serving.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated, for topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by taking the gnocchi and placing it in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle the gnocchi with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss everything together until the gnocchi is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Place the gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  4. Once done, remove the gnocchi and serve with marinara sauce, sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

To store leftover gnocchi, let it cool completely first. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for about 2-3 days. For reheating, place it back in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain its crispiness. Tips: Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and consider adding herbs for extra flavor.
