Notes
To store leftover gnocchi, let it cool completely first. Then, transfer it to an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. It should stay fresh for about 2-3 days. For reheating, place it back in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain its crispiness. Tips: Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket and consider adding herbs for extra flavor.
