  • 1 lb White fish fillets (like cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup Flour Seasoned to taste
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs Mixed with seasonings
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder) To taste
  • Oil spray Oil spray For coating

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with seasonings.
  3. Dip each fish piece first in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  3. Place the breaded fish bites in the basket in a single layer.
  4. Spray the tops lightly with oil.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, season the flour and bread crumbs. Don't overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary. For added crunch, incorporate some panko bread crumbs into the mixture.
