Ingredients

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 head head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the cauliflower and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure to cut the cauliflower into similar-sized florets for even cooking. Feel free to experiment with different cheese types for varied flavor profiles—Parmesan is a great option! If you like a little heat, add some red pepper flakes to the oil mixture for a spicy kick. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
