  • 2 pieces eggs
  • a pinch Italian seasoning (optional) You can experiment with other seasonings as well.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and eggs until well combined.
  3. Add the Italian seasoning if desired.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a greased baking sheet in a circular shape to form the crust.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  2. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  3. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the toppings are cooked.
  4. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the pizza crust to cool completely, then wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to three days or freeze for longer storage. For extra crispiness, bake the crust a bit longer before adding toppings.
