Cooking Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add the sliced onion, garlic, and ginger, cooking until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for a few minutes until it starts to wilt.
- Add the soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Best served hot. Can be served over rice or noodles for a filling meal. Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
