Cooking the Soup
- In a slow cooker, add the ground beef, diced onion, and minced garlic. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Add the beef broth, potatoes, carrots, and corn to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

Notes
